Standard Billing Rate: $400.00 U.S. Dollars per hour divided between the parties unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

Travel Time: no charge for travel time to attend in-person mediations with limited exceptions.

Deposits: generally no deposit required with limited exceptions.

Expenses: expenses to be reimbursed by the parties depending on circumstances and location of mediation.

Terms of retention shall be confirmed as to each particular mediation and arbitration by engagement letter.
